RETURNS AND REFUNDS :

1. Exchange or Refund within 14 Days

You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions
    •    Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

    •    We will guide you step by step on how to return your item and receive a replacement.

4. Receipt and Inspection

Once your return is received:
    1.    We will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions.
    2.    You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your return has been processed.
    3.    We will then proceed with the exchange or refund according to your choice.

5. Refunds
    •    Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.
    •    The processing time may vary depending on banking procedures, but refunds will be initiated immediately after confirmation of the product inspection.
